  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized products.

2. Return Process

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the return to:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will refund the shipping costs.

4. Exchanges
